What we cannot help with

We are not a booking agent and hold no reservation system, no inventory and no guest records. We cannot check availability, make, change or cancel a reservation, quote a rate, or pass a message to a hotel's front desk. Anything to do with an actual stay has to go directly to the property.

We also cannot mediate disputes between a guest and a hotel, since we have no relationship with either side of that transaction.
