Terms

By using Super Realms you accept the following, which we have tried to keep brief.

Editorial, not commercial

Super Realms is an independent editorial index. It is not a travel agency, a booking agent or a reseller, and it takes no part in any transaction between a reader and a hotel. Nothing here constitutes an offer, a reservation or a guarantee of price, availability or condition.

Accuracy and change

Entries are written in good faith from general, publicly known information about each property, and they are checked periodically. Even so, hotels are renovated, renamed, sold, closed and — in the case of seasonal ice hotels — rebuilt to a different design each year. Content on this site may be added, edited or removed at any time without notice.

Third parties

Hotel and company names are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on anything published here or from decisions made on the basis of it. Verify anything that matters directly with the hotel before you travel.
